THE_BRIEF
The delivery of an enclosed recovery zone where participants of Hyrox and visitors could sit down and enjoy moments of calm and peace after exercise and performance. Uninterrupted Recovery
THE_RESPONSE
5.5 m² enclosed cinema recovery experience where attendees would apply headphones to see custom recovery content provided by Virgin Active specialist team members across stretch, yoga, and pilates.
As Virgin Active were the main sponsor for the Hyrox Young Stars, we allowed all children to take over the space, armed with marker pens and spray paint. Completely covering the inside of the cinema with pictures and graffiti.
THE_RESULT
A space that was used by thousands of people over the week at daily Hyrox events. Saw London pushing their hardest to break times, PBs, and records. Reaction time Batak wall, custom spray-painted t-shirts for kids, and the space that evolved from secret cinema experience into live graphical chaos.
