Tasked with bringing to life the message behind Speedo’s range of eco-friendly swimsuits we created campaign creative to drive awareness to their industrious pledge to make all of their swimwear, sustainable swimwear.
Last year around 20% of their range used part recycled polyester that was made from plastic bottles. Next year they will be using a fabric made from 50% recycled polyester across 70% of their range.

By 2024, Speedo will be using fabric made from 100% recycled polyester in the majority of their sustainable swimsuit range. This fabric also upholds their chlorine resistant claims meaning it lasts far longer than the average swimsuit, holding its shape and colour, while also protecting against UV rays, just as their Endurance + fabric has done for years. The added bonus being it will now be eco-friendly. When only Speedo will do, soon only products that protect our beautiful planet will do too.

We developed the Born to Splash, Made of Trash campaign headline to hang our creative from and created copy used across the entire eco campaign. A global retail toolkit to help partners and key customers deliver this creative within store was built to house all the direction.
